Enjoy the thrill of Tandem Paragliding amongst the breathtaking scenery of the Alpine High Country. Our flights are conducted from a Mountain, not the small hills used by the tandem operators near Melbourne.
Tandem Paraglide with Active Flight’s professional SAFA qualified tandem pilots. The meeting place is Mystic Flight Park , (paraglider landing field) just a short five minute drive from the centre of Bright.
Your adventure starts with a scenic 4 WD drive to the top of Mystic Mountain, 500m above the landing area. Once at the top you will be briefed by your pilot and ready to fly.
Enjoy the views while your pilot sets up the paraglider and straps you in for the most breathtaking experience you will ever encounter.

Basic Flight – $225
The Basic Flight Tandem Paragliding experience is a gentle flight usually conducted early in the morning or in the evening when conditions are calm and smooth. The flight will last around eight to ten minutes.

Thermic Flight – $299
The Thermic FlightParaglide is for those who want a little more adventure. Launching later in the day than a Basic Flight, the Thermic Paraglide gives you a taste of the real adventure of paragliding. It involves thermaling, which is catching the warm rising air currents and thus gaining height. Expect to climb to altitudes above 1200 metres sea level (conditions dependent) and then glide to the landing paddock. The Thermic Paraglide will last about 30 minutes.

Extended Flight – $399
For the ultimate adventure in paragliding flight, take a scenic tour around Bright and it’s surrounding mountains with The Extended Flight. Your paragliding flight may obtain heights of 2500 metres. Possible routes could take in views of Mt Buffalo, Harrietville, Porepunkah or Mt Beauty.
